As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don't receive an email within 5 working days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Services team and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Please give us the recorded delivery reference number when you contact us.
As you browse the site simply add items you wish to purchase by clicking "Add to Basket" button, found next to every product on the site. Adding to your basket does not mean you are obliged to buy. When you are finished browsing, click on the "Checkout" button. You can then review your order and if you choose, proceed to pay for the items using our secure checkout process.
Delivery is £4.95 per order within Mainland UK and FREE of charge for all orders over £50. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and some Islands can be more. For more information regarding delivery please click here.
You can order a product when it is out of stock and it will be placed on back order for you, you will be notified of this during the checkout process. All back order products that are ordered with a product which is in stock will be despatched as a complete order when the out of stock product becomes available. Products placed on back order we would estimate a lead time of 2-3 weeks, we receive deliveries of new stock regularly. We work with DPD & Royal Mail using their 48hr and express services in order to offer next day delivery, although during busy periods it can take longer. DPD are one of the UK's leading courier companies offering an unbeatable service both in delivering your package and customer service. We are therefore able to offer delivery on the next working day providing your order is placed prior to 2.00pm
Yes!!! After you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email stating 'Thank you for your order....'. This will be sent within a maximum of 24 hours after you place your order, but will most likely be sent on the same day or even immediately afterwards. We will then send you an email when your order has been despatched (usually same or next working day), stating 'Your order has been dispatched'.
The primary prices on this site are UK pounds sterling (£GBP) and are inclusive of any taxes (such as VAT).

Yes, sending a gift or to another address is easy and free-of-charge! During checkout, you can enter the address for the invoice and a different delivery address for the gift to be sent to.
