Returning Unwanted Items:

Thank you for ordering with us, we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. (We do not offer an exchange service but are happy to help you with placing a new order for the product you would like instead.)

To return your items to us please contact us via email: sales@wesco-living.co.uk stating your:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return. 

Once we have received this, we will authorise your return and you will receive an email containing the full returns information.

Returns Criteria:

  • Goods must have been supplied within the last 30 days.
  • Products must be unused and undamaged (excludes normal examination of the product as you might do in a shop)
  • No attempt must of been made to fit the product, any screw packs must be unopened and fitting templates are to be intact.

Sending your order back to us:

  • Goods must be returned at your own cost within 14 days of receiving authorisation from our Customer Services team. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided at the time of authorisation. Please note that unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
  • Please note that we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit; any claims must be made directly with your chosen courier. For items valued over £50, we recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Goods must be returned in their original product box and, where provided, the outer brown packing box, along with all internal packaging. It is essential that items are packed as originally received to ensure they are protected and arrive safely back at our warehouse
  • We ask that you please include a copy of your delivery note within the return parcel.

Additional Information:

Credits can only be issued for goods returned as authorised in good re-saleable condition. 
Unless the goods supplied were either defective or incorrectly supplied, the outward carriage charge will not be refunded.

Once we have received your return:

We will make the refund no later than 28 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, or goods are returned to the customer

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, or for reasons not due to our error. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you, or we may return it to you. 
  • If your returned order is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 28 days of receiving the item back. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping and a return brings the order below the promotion threshold, we reserve the right to make a charge of £4.95 for shipping if we feel the promotion is being misused.

Sale Items: 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on sale items after 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Built to Order Products:

Products that are built to order and other items that are manufactured, assembled and tailor made are non-returnable, non-refundable and not suitable for exchange. Please visit our website for further information.

Late or Missing Refunds: 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment method used. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
