Break way too easily. these need to be stronger and a key component to the usablity of the bin - expensive bin but cheap components

Good slide out kitchen bin very solid and was easy to fit. It really helps with recycling in the kitchen with one bin for food waste and the other for dry recycling.
I purchased this new one as a replacement for my old one, that had served us so well for many, many years. I love the new one, and know I’ve got a top quality product. I wouldn’t actually buy anything else!
Does the job but expensive and this is the second one to break in 9 months.

Replacing my old grey kickmaster, the almond colour is lovely. Kickmaster is my favourite bin - looks great while keeping smells at bay. Third one in my life but only due to accidents not wearing out. Highly recommend.

The item I purchased was an alternative option, in making my old pepper grinder, (after a good 8 -10 years of daily use) usable again. This is probably one of the best grinders I have ever owned. Once you find a great pepper grinder, you never want to replace it! .. However, I have not been able to find an exact replacement for my smaller black pepper grinder from WESCO. The problem being the silver ring broke and the outer top kept dropping off. The grinder mechanism is really good and I would have happily bought another if I could find one. But it turns out, there are none available as a whole unit or in-part of, here in the UK ..... or anywhere for that matter. You also cannot purchase the silver ring on it's own, so the 'acrylic holder with ring' was my next best option in order to make my grinder usable again. So FIVE STARS for the whole product, 4 STARS for the Acrylic Holder for Spice Grinder 322744 ( because this means I can use my grinder albiet in a bit of a 'Heath-Robinson' fashion), and ONE STAR for not being able to obtain a smaller unit in its entirety. I would have bought another grinder in black or white had there been any to find, large or small. Am I to assume that WESCO are no longer manufacturing these grinders? if so... what a shame. Purchase and delivery received within one week.
The kickboy bin is a really well engineered bin, it’s solid , looks good, you can buy spare parts and fix the pedal spring etc if that ever happens , it’s much more hygienic than the pushboy bin , generally a better bin all round , even prefer it to kickmaster too which generally has a more flimsy opening with plastic that snaps off on the opening mechanism and looks tired after 6 months , you can’t replace that!
Play it safe with the kickboy, it’s actually cheaper than the kickmaster too, it’s a better bin in my opinion .
